To download it, simply right-click, and depending on your browser either click 'Save Target As' or something that sounds the same. Don't click 'Save Image As'. Go ahead, try it on the image above. If done right you should have an image of a swimming cat, but not in your browser. (It should be in a picture manager or something.)
Note that the text underneath the image (in this case it says FLV) is the format you download it in. 3GP is the format that most mobiles/cell phones can play, WMV is for playing casually on Windows PCs, and FLV is for experienced users who want to watch in original quality or to re-upload.
There's no video, just a blank space!
This is probably because of a broken/ incorrect link, or that I haven't finished that page yet. Please come back the next day, and contact me about it.
The embed code in the box embeds the wrong video.
You shouldn't be at that page. Please go back, as it may be illegal to download some of them files.
The template's screwed up/the animations are jerky or don't work/lots of features don't work.

- Make sure you have the latest version of your web browser. We recommend Internet Explorer 8, or Mozilla Firefox, or even better, Google Chrome.
- Check you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed. Have I got Flash?
- If all else fails, please contact me.
- Try clicking the video to play it in YouTube, if that's the type of player used.
- Refresh your page by pressing F5, or clicking refresh on a Mac.
- Please contact me about this also, I may be able to sort it out.

- Check you have actually copied it; you may be just pasting something you already have on your clipboard.
- I may have pasted it wrong; contact me and I'll send you the code and fix the error.
- Right click on the picture and click 'show picture/image'.
- Right click on the picture and click 'Properties'/'Image Properties' or something similar. Copy the URL of the image file and paste it into your browser.
- If none of these images work, its a broken picture. If you want you can contact me, but unless it's vital you don't have to and isn't serious.

- Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser. Please don't use Internet Explorer 6 on this site as most features won't work. We recommend Google Chrome on Windows 7 or XP.
- Make sure you are using the site from a proper PC/Mac. Browsers in games consoles (except PS3), smartphones or pocket PCs probably won't display the page correctly.
- Your PC may be just too slow. If your computer is not capable to run Windows XP, this site will be too 'big' for your computer. There's nothing more I can recommend than upgrading from the stone age.
